The Commission Process
The fastest and easiest way to get your product started is to complete the inquiry form which does not take a lot of time.
Based on your input of the inquiry form I can then start the process of design process. Depending on how complicated your design might be, a design deposit will be required which will be credited toward the contract price.
The design process will include a digital 3D model of your requested piece, scope of work and price.
Before any building of your piece begins, I will provide you with a contract that includes the 3D model for you to sign and at that time a 50% deposit (design deposit will be credited) will be required prior to work beginning.
After the contract is signed I will source all required material and begin the process. During the building process, I will send updates on progress along with pictures.
If the piece is going to be delivered, the remaining 50% will be due upon your inspection and delivery.
If the piece is going to be shipped, prior to shipping we will send pictures of the packing and crate and/or conduct a video conference either FaceTime, Google Hangout, or Google Duo during this process. Reminder before the piece is shipped out the contract must be paid in full.
